Our law firm is looking for a high-calibre lawyer to join our Real Estate team.

Job Description

Equipped with Real Estate experience, you will be providing a wide range of legal expertise to ensure the smooth completion of real estate transactions. This includes working with the team in the preparation and vetting of legal documents, lodgement, loan disbursement and attending to clients in respect of conveyancing matters.

You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in law firms. As a self-starter, you have a proven track record in managing multiple transactions simultaneously, you are confident and a team player.

Job Requirements

​

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Law or equivalent.

​

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the real estate (conveyancing) and commercial law field is required for this position.

​

• Able to converse in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients

​

• Advocate and Solicitor admitted to the Singapore Bar need apply.
