
Mr Sufyan Mikhail Putra
Mr Sufyan graduated from the University of Tasmania in December 2017 and was called to the bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in April 2021 and has been in private legal practice since.
He is an experienced conveyancing lawyer and headed the conveyancing department at his former firm, representing individuals, companies and financial institutions in various real estate transactions concerning private residential, commercial, industrial and HDB properties.
He is also experienced in corporate practice, providing services in corporate advisory, company incorporation and drafting various types of Commercial Agreements and corporate instruments.
He has also represented clients in the Supreme Court of Singapore, State Courts and Family Justice Courts in a myriad of cases, including but not limited to Estate matters, Sanction for sale of property, enforcement applications, Bankruptcy, Appointment of Deputy under the Mental Capacity Act, Adoption matters and Criminal Mentions. He has represented clients in Divorce Pre-trial Conferences and Mediations in the Syariah Court.
In the course of his practice, he has also drafted Wills and other testamentary instruments, including Lasting Power of Attorney.
Mr Sufyan is a committed lawyer who has assisted his clients in resolving property disputes as well as asset distribution issues of an estate. Ms Suseela S. Pillay
Ms Pillay graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree and was called to the Singapore Bar in the 1980s. She has been in private practice for over 30 years and has practised conveyancing since 1988.
She is an experienced conveyancing lawyer who has handled all aspects of real estate, property and conveyancing matters relating to residential (both private and HDB), commercial and industrial properties by way of private treaty, auction, residential project (both licensed and unlicensed), leases, mortgages and consumer banking, which includes advising and drafting of tenancy agreements, advising and liaising with Banks and Finance companies on property financing credit facilities and security documents.
Her work also includes drafting of Power of Attorney, Wills, commercial agreements, probate and administration of estates.
Over a period of 30 years, she has established a good working relationship with various financial institutions, real estate agents and her clients, both local and foreign. She is committed to providing close and personalised service to clients to identify and understand each client’s unique needs and strives to resolve legal issues in their best interests and for that purpose, she involves herself actively with clients to ensure smooth and successful completion of every transaction that she handles.
Ms Rabia Mahmood
Ms Rabia graduated in 2013 with a LLB (Hons) degree and was called to the Bar in 2016. She has been involved in a wide range of real estate matters such as transfer, sale, purchase, sub-sale and purchase of buildings under construction.
Ms Rabia was also previously with the Singapore Land Authority and had experience handling matters relating to the purchase of restricted residential properties.
Aside from real estate matters, Ms Rabia also has experience in general litigation matters, especially matrimonial matters and have acted for clients in both the Family Justice Courts and Syariah Court.
